The Linsly School is a coeducational college preparatory school for students in grades 5-12. Linsly’s 440 students come to Linsly from 15 states and 13 countries. The Linsly School offers a traditional college preparatory program where academic excellence and character development are emphasized in every facet of student life. Linsly is an academically rigorous school where 100 percent of graduates go on to some fo the most selective colleges and universities in the country.
The Linsly hockey team is a member of the Independent School Hockey League along with The Kiski School, Sewickley Academy, Shady Side Academy, and Western Reserve Academy. This conference was formed in 2012.
Linsly’s hockey program is designed to offer a development program for players of all ages and all skill levels while simultaneously offering a competitive schedule for those athletes looking to compete at a high level. Linsly’s 30 game schedule includes an annual tournament, a conference championship tournament, and an opportunity to compete for the WV State championship. Linsly is coached by Craig Tredenick (head) and Kris Smith (assistant).
